Dump Mstar — Unpack Repack Tool

Originally for routers, the community added Mstar support. It automatically runs binwalk to carve out the SquashFS partition, then unsquashfs it. In that case, you use a hex editor (HxD) to look for the SquashFS magic bytes ( hsqs or sqsh ). You copy from that offset to the end of the file and run:

Always keep a copy of the original dump.bin . A bad repack can permanently brick the device if you lose the original bootloader. Always test modifications on a donor board first. In that case, you use a hex editor
